The 2A4 has so much room to be better, playing it feels so awful right now.
france can always be added afterwards, just like it was with the 2a7HU.
The addition of the 2a8 now for sweden and germany is completly possible.
And the best option for gajin to feed 2 nations at once

Theoreticaly they can get the Strv123A now, but its development easily can still need half a year as well.
With the speed gajin normaly adds mbts its 2-3 years.
If they get the 2a8 next year then, we are at the point again as well, where they got a realy strengthend armored line up.

829a2/a3 is stronger than l44dm53, and the improvement from l55dm53 is far from worth 5.5s

A2 is stronger by only 6mm and A3 works 50/50 of the time u shoot Kontakt-5, L44 cannons should get 5s but L55 5.5s
2A5, 2A6 and PSO? Maybe, or even probably.
2A7s, Strv 122s and 2A4? Absolutely not.

arguably the Strv122 always were better, now since they got DM53 they definitly are.
The addtion of turret basket purely for abrams and leos were quiite the nerves as well
And the Leo backside aiming were all considerable nerves too
Depending on it, it could be abrams sep 3 first place,
Strv122 2nd then maybe leo2a7V on the 3rd.
Then there is the problem of germany only having 1 armored leopard while sweden got 3.
And generaly people need to stop putting 2a7V and strv122 as the same tank

yes, ARGUABLY, there are lots that would say otherwise, so the 2a7 was tied best for its duration of its meta. Even RIGHT NOW you could still claim the 2a7 and strv122 are only a teensy tiny bit worse than the abrams.
Either way, Germany doesn’t Need a 2a8 in any regard
and still is the most likely addition, since germany as well as sweden are ripe for new additions
And it will be unneeded and overpowered, congratulations germany for earning another pointless addition
