Very interesting post. It shows even among types of ammo (such as AP) there’s many different variants.
I am adding the 20mm Mg 204 as well as making a suggestion for the Bv 138 in game for the option to recive the Mg 204.
Does anyone know of other planes that recived the Mg 204 with pictures.
I found the source of mk103 hvap at RL 3/2371. is this ammo should has 96mm pen?

Technically, with 100kg/cm² Steel plate at 300m 90° impact.
So they basically nerfed it to have the penetration against 150kg/mm^2 armor.
Even though that armor hardness isn’t used when it comes to AP calculation.
YVa-23 23mm API penetration against 150kg/mm^2 armor at 100m → 30mm
In WT → 42mm
Maybe a report for adjusting of the K Factor like with some other HVAP rounds already?
Potentially
Why’s the weight different? Shouldn’t they fire the same shell?
1.466kg makes some sense. It’s lighter than the 50mm shell but the 50mm shell also appears to be longer.
Aparently they dont shoot the same shell, one has 2 and the other only 1 driving band, i suppose its shorter. Maybe the filler is wrong, or only the bottom thinner, i dont know tbh.
It seems feasible to consider increasing the firing rate of the MK108 aircraft cannon, which holds a relatively high priority in the game. In RL3, I observed that they made simple modifications to the structure of the MK108, boosting its rate of fire from 600 RPM to 850 RPM, and conducted tests accordingly.
Any news on that?
Anone got more info on the Ju 87 G-1, if some retained the Mg 17 armarment, or at least the D-1 3,7 cm Bk 37 Prototype?
On these photos (while you cant see the Mg 17) there isnt the little nose piece, but instead the mud/dirt shoot through covers.
Pictures with closed off port (dome)

Nope
Also corrected some stuff and foldered the Mk 101 and Mk 103.
