T-34-85s can easily kill an angled tiger. T-34-76s can kill Panzer IVs quite easily, and T-34-57s can mantlet shot early panthers

Russia doesn’t need a buff at all. Play Germany first, then complain.
Ricochets do need reworks though. They should happen more against medium-heavy armor than they do now, and happen far less against light armor than they do now.
