literally all of these are limited to suboptimal rpm because gaijin is incapable of having multibarrel spaa’s alternate fire between barrels, so yeah, 450 rpm is a problem where every other nation has +700rpm spaas.

yes the praga is a death star, but theres US and UK that are stuck with the skink from 5.3. Germany does not suffer at all for this
