since last week the S701 torpedo launch sequence is bugged, previously you fired the 2 loaded in front and back and after reload you can launch the other 2+2 Now 2 front torps were launched at once and the other 2 front you can also fire instantly, the back 4 torps also without reloading time in between. I wonder not to read about this issue here but I assume that the bug exist not only for me.

Noticed that with S-204, and with Prinz Eugen I could launch six torpedoes from one of those triple launchers without reloading
I guess it affects every ship that has extra torpedoes
