you are describing top tier at general here, everything is 1 shot if you know where to hit. Besides that i named only 2, i know i know countings hard. Or you count the leopard 2a7 and are basicaly saying that its not that good, that works as well

This whole discussion is so mind-numbing, every nation deserves a competitive and capable CAS lineup, regardless of the capabilities of their ground tech tree. Game balance isn’t based on “I died to a person who plays a nation I don’t like”. Like come on.

The 10.3 Tornados need guided ammunition. Other 10.3 have AS30L and GBUs. These fat Tornados are useless in GRB, just with dumb 1000lb bombs its hopeless.
What theoretically works is the F-4F at 10.3. Unfortnately just two Mavericks, means its barely worth the spawn points for just two shots. The Mi-24P is ok, you can use the max ATGM loadout for good results. But really, Ger needs fixed wing CAS.

The only MBT that Italy used to have is worthless, now the only real reward is grinding through light tanks and the recently added Hungarian sub-tree,
But if you mention anything about Air vehicles at least consider that not everyone have it, also, AV-8B+ is a overtiered vehicle, Sea Harrier FRS.1 is decent at its BR but leaving a Harrier in 12.3 doesn’t means it’s good, same with the JAS 39 EBS HU C, not everyone owns it but it’s just like the Leopard 2A7HU, they’re minor vehicles, the only excuse to grind top tier Italy because most of the rest are worthless
Its funny how the community is mocking Germany and German players all day. But somehow all want our tanks in their TTs. Sadly Gajin always complies to it. Leopards, Tigers, Panzers everywhere. But when Ger asks for some air tech, nothing seems possible :( Not even minor changes in CAS ordnance like more than two Mavericks or GBUs for its strike aircraft.

Besides that arguably AMX A-1A can make a decent enough new cas plane for anyone to get with access to gbus

All together italy has a decent line up currently, doesnt matter about how intresting it is, or about how many vehicles are italian here, we are purely talking performance

I don’t really get this. Ger vehicles spread over half a dozen nations. But nothing in return… whats so hard to add the NL F-16 to Ger, one of our closest allies. Or just give it AGM-65 triple rails. Noo…nothing, non, njet, no, nein nein nein… Here you have your Tornado bus and some 1000lb bombs like 3.0 BR planes use…now go and play vs. Tunguska and stuff… Mwah.

and you are talking about grinding italy being worthless. When its literaly shown italy has a great line up with a very promising future with the KF51. Its absolutly worth grinding with great vehicles with the Grippen and the 2a7hu
You are going off topic in the sense for your "hate " in the hungarian tree that yes overshadows the italian one currently. But that doesnt change its performs and still absolutly makes the italian tree worth grinding. And again the centauro line is great as well and there is still the centauro 2 to come a swell

lynxn 120 and kf51 are totaly different things, the lynx 120 is a light tank that was cancelled in favour for the KF 51 panther project.
The recent eurosatory showed off a kf41 with an italian hitfact mk II turret which looks intresting but they arent exactly the same
What i am talking about is the hungarian ordered KF51 panther evo and the newly contracted KF51 by italy. which is currently known as IMBT (when i got the name right)
Honestly hungaria and italy is a great combination because they will become the main home of the KF51 series propably
And oh yeah italy ordered KF41 as well, so be ready to get a italian variant as well

From what I remember, the reason negotiations with KMW fell through was due to the turret. Leonardo wanted to creat a custom turret for the existing leopards instead of using the L55/A1
You may know about the issues, but you’re unlikely to know to what extent that issue affects them. I have played most nations til top tier, including nations such as:
- Germany
- US
- France
- Russia
- Sweden
- Japan
Since the topic at hand is about top tier, and more specifically, about CAS, bringing up the issues of other nations is nothing more than attempting to change the goalpost. I for one know that the issues talked about by US mains are way too overblown. Abrams has been very forgiving for me, my K/D and K/B are quite frankly great for what’s supposed to be “a bottom tier MBT”. SEPv1 is quickly overtaking the 2A7V in my rankings of “most enjoyable tank to play” for example, the biggest issue US players are dealing with is that they’re, to put it bluntly, bad. Abrams has pretty good armour all things considered, sure it’s not Leopard 2 tier - but at that point you’re not looking at things objectively i.e how good the armour is overall, but subjectively where unless your armour is as good as, arguably speaking, the best MBTs in the game, you classify it as “terrible”, despite the fact it isn’t.
I think this also applies to any other nation/vehicle, doesn’t matter which vehicle is, if there’s a horde of CAS you said, it’ll be mostly a defeat. So it’s not a exclusivity.*
You’ve misunderstood what I meant there. Most nations have answers/CAS of their own, see: Italy despite how atrocious the Arietes are, has the Gripen C that by itself can change the outcome of the match thanks to an outstanding Maverick load-out & a great thermal pod to aid in long-range attacks. By comparison, despite how good Germany’s ground is, their CAS can not influence how the match will end, it just can’t.
I no moment I said Germany is undeserving of a good CAS, just don’t need much of them
At no point did anyone argue they should receive a lot of extremely potent CAS aircraft, what has been argued however is that they need a better CAS aircraft that’s on par with what most other nations have. Currently the best Germany has to offer is the F-4F ICE with its 2xMav Gs - yes, they’re good, the platform however, and the amount of ground ordinance however are atrocious by comparison. It doesn’t even get a TPOD, so it’s limited to an internally installed camera with terrible zoom & equally bad quality.
