i am so sick of getting this map
It has it’s issues, but I’m more sick of Berlin and Abandoned Factory (because of the lemming train).
At least Russia has a chance to use it’s tanks with -3 gun depression.

Does this kind of map is unfavorable to russian tanks ? No ? Then it’s not a problem for the devs and they’ll make more of them.

Y’all forgot theres a map (can’t remember the name) that if a team caps the a point they can flat out spawn camp directly into the spawn
It just favours tanks with high mobility, which in most cases are light tanks… not to mention having poor gun handling (ahem USSR tanks before T80BVM etc) = cancer

I also had that map size in top tier. Match didnt last long.
Advance on the Rhine, which shouldn’t even exist beyond a certain BR.

Way too much cover, and the spawns arent close enough, people might have to aim

Well, the cover in front of the spawn is just a destructible wall. So if you die and respawn you now can be shot from the other side. Better get to those tiny cover spots quick. And push out any allies blocking you. The size of the entire map is intended to be roughly 500 meter.
Might be suitable then

Eh, not for me. I play light tanks 90%+ of the time and I detest maps like this. You can never hide, far too easy to get shot and eliminated. Yeah, maybe if you push HARD and flank, but now you are in close quarters combat, with no armor. I can’t stand these maps half the size of a city block 🤦♂️

I got that map the other night. All i could do was laugh. It’s like a sandwich with the crust cut off. I usually go down 1 line on the flank. So I went straight for D6 (cap was at B when I got it) and shot any enemy, rushing towards our spawn, in the flank. It’s just a silly map. It is already a CQB map, why cut the crusts off?

I like Berlin, it’s a very good map. It’s a shame it doesn’t pop up more often

“Why do people ODL?! We must punish ODL!”
Because of maps like this. Even if one didnt plan to ODL, what’s the point of respawning after one team takes half the map (whether yours or the enemy). There’s no room for come-back plays given there’s no room for anything.

It’s not rubbish if you play Russia.
And as 75% of the maps are as tiny as this one, Russia eats good, every game.
