I’d very much like the search functionality at least, being able to send them at targets further away is just a bonus. My main issue with the Type 81 is that i have to SEE the enemy.
Potato tomato, main point is that we should get ARH Type 81s in the future and it’ll hopefully be in a different vehicle to the IR Type 81 carrier.
On the Dev server, the 37 mm Type 94 tank gun on the Ki-45 Kai Otsu was replaced with the high-velocity Type 98 tank gun, and they obtained the Type 1 AP shell. It was fixed only two months after I submit a bug report. Thank you, Gaijin and technical moderators. All variants of the Ki-45 Kai, except the early models, had bomb loads added so they could function as CAS.
On the other hand, the main gun of the Type 95 Ha-Go remains the Type 94 tank gun, even five years after the bug report was submitted. The Army’s boats have the Type 4 boat gun, a modified version of the Type 98 tank gun for boat use, and the Army’s aircraft have the Type 98 tank gun, yet the Army’s tanks still have the older Type 94 tank gun, which is strange. It seems the tank developers at Gaijin Headquarters have forgotten about the Type 95 Ha-Go.
@_N4MELESS , it might be more effective to resubmit the issue about the Type 95 Ha-Go’s main gun in the new bug report system.
Yeah, it’d be nice. I’m just saying it doesn’t need to, not that it can’t. There isn’t a towed version of the Type 81 FCS radar, so you couldn’t get datalink, but a self contained towed search system would be nice to see.
Type 11 would even have a towed launcher, so you could put that on the FCS radar vehicle to get full functionality.
Yeah, the chassis is a pretty minor thing that I doubt many would care for and it’d be nice to keep the lower BR option with only lightwave missiles for the sake of the Type 90 lineup.
The only thing that is really important is that the ARH carrier gets access to both missiles so you can still use the lack of RWR ping and countermeasure resistance of the lightwave missiles when the target is in range for those.
I mostly want the Thai sub-tree for one vehicle, the T-84 Oplot-T. If you look at my posts, you can see I have a bit of an obsession with Ukrainian vehicles. And the T-84 is one of my top 3 favorite tanks.
Trying to get the bolt-on armor plates armor for both RCV and ICV, if you are aware of any reference that mentioned about them please posting it here in case they are asking for source despite the plates are physically modeled onto the vehicles.
they chose to make it an “early” variant a straight carbon copy of AV-8A, implies there will be a late techtree with 9L and the correct rwr. But still 9Gs doesnt make anysense for it to have one plus the model of the plane have the upgraded rwr (rectangular bump on the tail) yet they havent given it one.
