Unlikely to be a proper subtree. It’ll be there for filler just like Norway in the Swedish TT. My bet is the armored leopard 2 is going to be the top squadron vehicle.
I wonder how they’re gonna fill out the WW2 section. Probably a lot of cold war copy paste which kills soul thinking about it.
Thai Ha-Go would be fun to have for rank 1, even if there’s 2 of them. It’d at least be a WW2 vehicle.
There is a line in air that ends at rank 3, a very sad and mostly empty ground line, so I think we will see a lot more techtree Indonesian content. Indonesia also has a lot of domestic vehicles and variants that would be completely wasted as occasional premium content only.
Even so far Indonesia is mostly techtree, with two helicopters in the main tree and only one aircraft (one of three Hawk variants Indonesia used) is premium.
Also Norway was premium before the subtree was confirmed. Since then we got Mosquitoes on release and an F-16AM after that, all techtree.
Indonesia is already a confirmed subtree.

Carl Gustaf variant is not pretty interesting because it is weaker infantry ATGM
Panzerfaust 3 variant sounds much better
Well… idk is Komatsu LAV with non guided anti tank missile is needed but if we will see LAV with Type 01, I would like to see there a modification for equipping Panzerfaust 3 instead. It will have less combat potential but still pretty interesting
Maybe future infantry addition
I’d been looking for an image of a Komatsu LAV with a Panzerfaust 3 for so long. Good to see that it actually exists.
Both of them would be good. There’s no reason that the addition of one should exclude the other. They’d be perfect foldered vehicles. Also, the Carl Gustaf is a recoilless rifle that fires unguided rocket-assisted projectiles not an infantry ATGM. It’s not even weak either. 500mm of pen with a tandem-HEAT round would punch though just about anything at its BR. It’d play like a FIAT 6614 on crack.
What was changed?
Can’t suggest vehicles with main weapons that aren’t attached to the vehicle. Both the Type 01 and Type 87 are handheld ATGM launchers. They are freely held by the gunners when used on the Komatsu LAV.
This one is one the borderline of being invalid, funnily enough. It’s literally only held in place by some straps.

Let’s also be aware that the rules for suggestion are in no way equivalent to Gaijin’s own rules for addition. There’s still hope to see the Komatsu LAV equipped with its many weapons in-game.
Agreed. The major difference being that the BTR-ZD is a standardized configuration. Doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. I was trying to say that if the straps were not there on the Type 96, it probably wouldn’t be a valid suggestion.

And some secret weapon

Godzilla killer mk.3
I’m looking forward to it.
aggressor vehicles?
this vehicles also could fire the ATGM with zero issues but one thing that is surprising is Japan never went full ATGM vehicle spam like other nations but that maybe because the lack of exports. You have an armored car guess what with a ATGM bolted to the top it can stop a T-72 for a low price! Now with exports maybe we see the spam.
