General Japanese & Thai Ground Forces Discussion HQ

How is it vs Helicopters

Same as any ARH based SAM I would say, but hovering Helis / Aircraft are no problem, unless MP effect is too strong.

The effective armour against KE on DEV is now roughly the same as on LIVE again.
Previously, the trunnions caused it to be reduced to <330mm RHAE (i.e. adding 150mm cha somehow resulted in 70mm+ less armour than before, which ig they’re trying to fix with this)

SINCE WHEN DID GAIJIN FINALLY DO THIS??? Cuz irl these tanks can track air/low flying jets/heli/drone targets

So glad i can finally lock onto them with MBTs

I believe it was the last update, can be handy but sometimes the lead indicator has no idea where it wants you to shoot.

How activate that thing? I couldn’t find it

I guess it can be fixed need whole new gun system though.

Hopefully Gaijin add optical tracking to tanks. Tank fire control computer can target and fire with the needed calculations to land a hit with little human input in some tanks and AFV. I am unsure if Gaijin would want to add that because it sounds not very fun. It would sort of be like in naval where your fire control does all the work.

That’s the problem when i tried to use same keys it doesn’t worked

Japan didnt use any programable 120mm shells did they?

Yeah, they don’t use it

When comparing the two videos of the Type 03, I noticed the number of seconds from firing to turning differs. The timing of the turn likely varies depending on the target’s altitude.

I received this message.

Mk.310 PABM-T will be added for Type 24/25 armaments in new major update. Community Bug Reporting System

Most modern Japanese tanks have laser warning devices, which may make it easier to fight helicopters.
