No Since Indonesia doesn’t field Spike Missiles let alone Israeli weapons since Indonesia never recognized Israel as a legitimate state

The Thai tree is great, but I think it’s not strong enough for future expansion. The Thai subtree helps bring the already underpowered Japanese tree up to average, and other countries will continue to expand in the meantime, so I think we need to get help from Indonesia and other countries for the future. This is true for both land and air.

I do not think so. In terms of ground we’ve pretty much reached the end of the line for a majority of nations, and Japan’s future Type 10 upgrade could end up being the capstone of their tree. When talking about anti-air, Japan isn’t necessarily doomed either, as we still have the Type 11 that can be added in its current state, but also the Type 03 for whenever multi-vehicle SAMs are present.
And with air, Japan of course has the F-2A, which could be split up into (Early) and (Late) versions, Thailand is reportedly purchasing the Gripen E, and as we already know Japan already has the F-35A in service. And this is without mentioning the Mitsubishi F-X program.

Sure, but I think we’ve reached the point where it’s no longer necessary to introduce the F-2 in its prototype form, not to say that it won’t come at some point, but when talking about the future we can acknowledge that the game is ready for the production vehicle.
Nah I mean an XF-2A used to test like a better radar or better RWR, couple are suggest on the forums

I have no opposition to them, but in my first comment I was talking about Japan’s future, in which we will require the production F-2 with all its midlife upgrades. But yeah, an F-2 prototype with something like the F-X radar would be an interesting gap filler or future premium.
I mean when we evenutally get the god damn thing… hopefully next patch sigh
Considering the leaks, I think it’s fair to assume that it will be coming next update alongside the similarly delayed F/A-18E. But for now, I suppose it really is a waiting game, and unfortunately Gaijin hasn’t given Japan mains any new toys to play with in the meantime.
