General Japanese & Thai Ground Forces Discussion HQ

With DMM 33 it deserves 9.3 for Thai TTS since the shell performance is very good and plus the Blazer/WERA it will help filling the lack of MBT for Japan 9.3 line up. Also the TIFCS should get the 430 pen round and with gen 3 thermal it make sense to be there and also can fill up 9.7 line up.

And for me I prefer M60 mobility than the Type 74 poop suspension that bounce so hard as well as poop elevation also no thermal.

If you’re trying to go fast, Type 87, then Type 74 and M60A3 TTS

Otherwise,
9.0-9.7 is probably the most fun BR range for Japan. The Type 89 is the first vehicle I’d get, being able to kill every MBT from 9.0-12.0 on a side-on or with the ATGMs. It is fast, small and capable. It is honestly a must in every lineup. It is a fantastic vehicle and I recommend it second. I’d say get the Type 74 (E) first as its always nice to have an MBT that you’re familiar with as your first vehicle at the BR. Then I’d get the TTS and then the Type 16 (P). The 9.0 BR is incredibly fun right now, so I’d flesh it out as much as you can before getting the 9.3 BR.

So, Type 74 (E) → Type 87 RCV / Type 89 → M60A3 TTS → Type 16 (P) → Stingray → Type 93 → Type 16
^While waiting, I recommend getting the RCV (P) but if you don’t want to use the scout feature, just go for the RCV (P).

Stats for Rank 6

Ignore the KD for most of the vehicles, I’ve only started to become decent/consistent in the last couple months. The vehicles themselves are great!

ill be real that’s what most of my KDs look like in this game

I spent a lot of time getting below 1kd, but I’ve been getting better recently.

Still thinking why they don’t add this looking on SAMs added in this update

In this way, the SAM-81C that has already been modeled in the game cannot be utilized again Xd

Thank you!

Could you tell me where this information is from?

Why does the Type 87 tank not have airburst ammunition?

Because it doesn’t have it and only
They haven’t modernized Type 87 for use new types of ammo

did they change the radio antenna angle? i’m pretty sure the Type 16 always straight up, not 45°?

Type 16 has always had 45° tilted antennas, the Type 16 P however does have the straight antennas

Are there any news on upgrading type 16. There had been news about developing a new 105mm apfsds, but are there any news about type 16 adding aps or upgrading the hull with spall linear like type 25🤔

No. Since that only one news here wasn’t anything new

Any known upgrade project with APS is Type 10

I started with M60A3 TTS > the Type 16 (P) > and the Stingray, but the Type 16 (P) feels the best in my lineup because of its great thermals and excellent mobility, already got a few nukes with it. (and I almost dropped the M60A3 TTS completely).

I just got the Type 87 RCV, and I’m having a hard time with it since I only have the stock ammo belt, and I’m not that good at playing light “rat” tanks. There are so many players using Gepards, ZA-35s, BMP-2s, BMP-3s, BMP-4s, and XM800Ts in the match — all of them have gun stabilizers, which puts me at a big disadvantage.

I’m grinding Type 89 right now, at least stock APDS and ATGM will not be worse than Type 87 RCV.

The type 89 is really fun, but you loose a lot of speed on turns
