Who made the list? Because I would like to expanded like you said cause I keep losing track what can be added. I keep forgetting stuff like the chi ha td (tropedo) or the chi ha gs.

Found this when browsing Type 87AW (SPAAG) stuff :D

Here’s the Google Sheet I’ve made for something similar to that, but it also includes South Korean and Thai vehicles. Also, only the army section is complete and there are a few inaccuracies; I never started on the air vehicles and the naval section is only partially complete and is unformated.

It was intended to be the informational sheet that I was going to use for a combined Japanese-South Korean-Thai megatree, as a sequel to the Japanese-South Korean tree I’ve already made.

F I can’t ask him about it.

Honestly all I need for Japanese ground is the Tan-SAM kai fixed, Type 10 fix (model, armor, maneuverability) and Type 03 Chu-SAM

Thai or SK subtree would be nice too, but those things I mentioned are the most important to me.

I need more vehicles at the higher tiers, my top tier lineup is like 5 tanks right now, and only 2 of them are 12.0 worthy (3 if you count the AA)

RCV and Type 89 are fun at top tier, recommend playing them as ratty recon

Issue is, Tan-SAM kai isn’t a 12.0 material, at least not in a world where the IRIS-T SLM is 12.0 as well.

I can second this the type 89 is my favorite IFV in the entire game its so good

RCV needs to be played as a corner rat in my experience and its small size helps with that. The type 89 hasn’t left my lineup since i got it, i love that thing, i mean half the time i forget it has missiles because the gun is very very good.

Meant CTWV RCV, the RCV (P)- you can 1v1 pretty much every light vehicle and even disable Abrams from the front. The Pole is also fun to mess around with. Side ons pretty much every MBT so you can scout for information on the sidelines and fly out sprayin. Also the only vehicle in JPN that can face a helicopter close (0-2km) and far if they’re staying still.

what do you mean, it doesn’t have he-vt shells

That’s a popular misconception, the type 4 and 5 heavy tanks are based on Soviet documents that describe super heavy tank designs and components that were captured in Manchuria at Kōtō Fortress. The documents included a picture of the turret that was put on a bunker and two engine layouts code named Type 2604 and 2605.

But sadly these documents are in Russia and afaik the only people to ever have had access to them and then published info on the internet were Wargaming devs, and that was years ago.

Are you sure you aren’t mixing up a few things? The “designs” were sketches made by the Soviets, they weren’t captured from Kōtō Fortress. The image of its “turret” is unrelated and is just a random fortress gun at one of the Manchurian fortresses. However, it’s not from Kōtō Fortress, as we already know what all of its fortress guns looked like and, while that resembles them, that specific turret is none of them; meaning it’s from one of the other border fortresses.

With all available evidence, it’s effectively fake in the same way that tanks like the Mitsu-104 are fake; in that there is not any evidence of their existence outside of foreign sources.

APFSDS + IRST Tracking, it has HE aswell but they’re fairly slow and don’t do much

It’s a fake tank, Japan never had the production capacity to build such tanks.
