how is someone even flying that? that thing have like 1 min full fuel tank. fuel on shusui is already pain and thats 4 min
You see BI is small and fast, also it face props and early jets.
Meanwhile Ki-200 faces cold war jet aircraft.
Also the airfield location. Because in higher tiers it is farther.
BIs have way better fuel efficiency than the Ki-200 at low throttle, and get to fight props instead of jets. At 6.7 its easily the most broken plane.
I like it. Very fun in Sim.
the Ki-200 we have ingame is a frankenstein mix of the J8M1 and the Ki-200, Ones naval and ones normal airforce
the one we have ingame is fuselage of Ki-200 and Status of J8M1 (even file ingame is J8M1)
ik
would be spicy if gaijin gives both versions :D
Indeed Id prefer J8M just for the guns. As Ho-155 are still quite unreliable on Ki-200.
J8M1 main, Ki-200 foldered after J8M1. It’ll be optional if u want it I think would be best
Is the Mitsubishi G3M with H-6 radar a good idea for suggestions?
What can this radar do? If it’s like the german WW2 air intercept radars I don’t see it being of much use.
The H6 radar can detect large ships at 100 km, aircraft at 70 km and small ships at about 25 km. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a pretty good radar.
Aircraft at 70km? That’s pretty impressive!
I don’t know about the chosen platforms though. Neither would benefit much, if at all from a radar. Most I can imagine is to avoid other players in Simulator.
Except for J1N1-J, P1Y2-J all planes using H-6 radar were bombers. H-6 radar was big and heavy (100kg), so it couldn’t be put in navy fighters.
Would it not be possible as a modification?
Yes, you can install the H-6 radar as a modification. I just wanted to know what the community thinks about such a suggestion.
I think it would be a good idea
That is, propose the G3M/B5N with the H-6 radar, or suggestions for modification (installation) of the H-6 radar on current aircraft.
Made the wikipedia page for the AAM-4 accurate and actually decently filled with information, continueing with re-writes to the AAM-5 and F-2, gonna have a wikipedia page for the GCS-1 at some point soon also.
Wow, the AAM-4 page is really nice now. Finally, I can read wikipedia without having to look at the source for every line.
