About what plane it talks about
J2M, I suspect that just a plan or to have a test in the frontline, which proves that J2M actually could have 4* 30mm/2* 30mm or 2 * 30mm+2* 20mm, but unfortunately, I only got this photo.
Maybe @Grzegames could help us to find that, cause I don’t speak Japanese, finding the original doc is pretty hard, and also I do believe that may as a part of his suggestion: Mitsubishi J2M2 with 30mm Type 2 cannons
All of 30mm versions are from the 302 squadron, so actually we can just ask Gaijin add these options for the current J2M5

Yes! It is very and very needed.
There were theories that P1Y1 could take bombs under fuel tanks pylon under the wing but I’ve never seen mention of it in books or documents or photos
The full document is needed and if there will be talked about possibility to attach 4 bombs it will make P1Y1 great CAS!

Currently, we only have this photo, but it is good enough to prove, which show up the time and the manufacturer. That’s what I got from him. I think we can just submit this one to let Gaijin decide, it almost cover everything we need.
It doesn’t show where 2 additional bombs attached on the plane
Also we don’t know what is this document, its name and covering what is needed for bug reporting.
And for real without additional data this number of 4 bombs can be just a mistake
Been trying to look for it but can’t find it, the proposed Type 87 AW or another SPAAG with missiles on it? I swear I remember seeing it but it never was adopted. Similar to Gepard 1A2?

That thing looking like something from one of the what if the Cold War never ended sci-fi shows where the nations of the Earth kept pumping money into insane projects that would have been canned in the late 90s. But they never worked as intended.
