They are rarely in the summer, next GE vehicle sale should be in October on the anniversary tho

Presumably, the same time as every other year.
-30% in May for May sales.
-50% in October/November for Anniversary sales.
-50% in December/January for Winter sales.

Btw, do squadron vehicles ever get discounted talismans?
No. Squadron vehicles are always excluded from any kinds of sales, may it be 50% off Talismans, buying/unlocking vehicles through GE, or when buying an already researched vehicle through SL.
