When weather conditions are cloudy or similar the game is way too dark.
Gaijin seems to think overcast = very dark dusk, almost night time … in reality it’s not like that at all
Some games I just return to hanger as things are too dark.
I’d guess They need to reduce the lighting in these situations by 20% to 40% from day time not 90% !
Could it be a setting I have? Most other people I talk to have the same issue
Check the “global illumination”, “shadow quality” and “SSAO” settings in the graphics options. I also recommend checking your “post fx” settings as well.
I personally have no issues seeing the dark parts of the screen.
I have no problems with my overcast or anything. I would like more night matches though… I even have it selected and never get one anymore D:
that’s because they completely ruined them with star shell spam that washes out your NVDs ever few seconds and half the tanks with active NVD that require IR spot lights are bugged don’t illuminate anything with it
Put global illumination at minimum, SSAO at half value, and set gamma correction at max, thank me later.
When the battle’s over just put gamma correction at the minimum again.
