So I noticed I wasn’t getting progress for Event vehicle and checked some stuff and noticed my game won’t update

As others have said, but just to clarify, those times listed are to your local time, or whatever timezone the PC itself is set to.
ok that explains the event I lost track of time I didn’t look at the calender. But what about the update?
Is it supposed to update? The launcher says up to date.

yes there is a discrepancy. look at the launcher picture. The change log says .64 as my version on launcher and game is .59
64 I think is the Work-in-Progress client.
59 works fine. (I’m in game with 59 currently)
I’m on .59 right now, but I’m sure I was on .64 yesterday. Perhaps they did a rollback?
Edit: Yup, launcher logs show references to .64 yesterday and references to .59 today
