Game play is pretty stale

I’ve been playing this game for years now and I’ve gotta say i’m not very impressed by the maps or game play options. like 3 out of 4 maps for air battles are just flat landscapes with some trees. Lets gets some mountains and cities or something shooting missiles at each other over a flat landscape leaves alot to be desired. The tank maps are better but still the amount of maps where you can just get shot in your spawn from across the map is poor map design put some hills or rocks there or something like damn guys.
Now for the gameplay aspects tanks are in an okay state but it would be nice to see some npc’s on the map like in air RB or maybe some different objectives it needs something more for sure it gets pretty quiet out there sometimes doesnt really feel like a battle all the time.

Air Gameplay This probably needs the most love being the oldest. So this one could be a really easy one it just needs some new maps (which aren’t just flat with different colors), and it needs some objectives which matter. So right now we have objectives but 99% of the time they are useless cause a. they are way too vague, and b. they don’t really offer the best rewards. We have so many different aircraft in the game with so many different styles of gameplay they could do but it’s just not in the game. We literally have some spy planes and don’t have anyway of taking pictures for an objective. We have cool torpedo bombers but most of the time no way to use them. There are strike craft which could have their own cool objectives and fighters who could fight off enemy npc’s and players or attack the strikecraft or bombers but that isn’t the experience we get. It’s more of a deathmatch mode everytime… People like more game modes than deathmatch. Just think how the gameplay would change if you made the objectives valuable.
Fighters had to clear the skys of npc planes and enemy fighters doing the same thing. Strikecraft were focused on hitting bombing targets, and clearing enemy ground forces. Torpedo bombers out there trying to bomb naval targets. There are cool gamemodes like this already in simulator mode why is it only in simulator? Wouldn’t that be a nice change for everyone in ARB? Maybe have two game modes like Classic ARB and Conquest ARB. I think adding things to the game play will draw a massive amount of new players into the game. War thunder needs more players and fun game modes will bring new and old players back.

First, how much time it takes for players to experience top-tier vehicles
Second, whether the game company has the ability to produce
What you show is just one of the problems in this game, the biggest problem is the stinky and long opening time, this problem alone makes 80% of new players give up this game, and now WT is going downhill, because the number of new players is declining every year, and old players feel that a mode is boring to play every day, and now I am forcing my friends to play this game together, every time I see that the friends list is all offline, I feel that this game is not worth it!

Imagine making a post like this and playing literally for hours daily. According to your history you literally played for over 8 hours today. Must not be that stale if you are playing that much…

ive been playing consistently for a couple years and ground ONLY being some version of “capture the point” is pretty dull

air being nothing but “which team dies first” unless one dude camps his airfield and the poorly designed ticket bleed comes into play is just awful

Naval is just like ground but you cant cap the point without instantly dying in your battleship so whoever rushed in a PT boat just won the match makes it a waste of time playing with all that compression.

One thing I want more than anything is a Battlefield 1 style Operations mode for ground with maps which are dynamic across the same match and a realistic battles mode for Arcades assault gamemode, its a great concept that’s locked behind the WoT style gameplay I left WoT to get away from

You’re a creep get off my profile first of all and secondly why are you here? You added nothing to the conversation, you just did some creepy stalker shit… Do you know if I was playing for 8 hours? Maybe I was at work and didn’t close the game. Maybe It takes a really long time to unlock things in the game and you gotta spend 8 hours grinding sometimes. Maybe you should stop being a weirdo and leave people who are actually here to do something constructive alone.

It is stale and would love to have more and better maps for ground and air battles.
I would love to have more/better objectives for air battles - which actually mean something (in terms of both reward and battle outcome) .

Honestly - whoever makes/made these maps needs to be fired.
I love the original old school air maps though - funnily enough, they have/had objectives that heavily affected the outcome of the match - Midway and Norway just to name a few. Well, at least until they edited those maps and their objectives etc - for the worse btw.

But yeah, more and better maps, better variety of terrain/ environment, more missions/objectives - of which have a purpose.
Allows us to use the wide array of ingame vehicles in accordance with their purpose/capabilities.

ARB was watered down into a Death match, where the red dude reward you SL and the blue dude takes SL.

War thunder just wants the lizard brain who sees “target destroyed” and jumps in joy.
Can brainless TDM be fun? Of course!
But sometimes you want variety, sure Air Sim is there, but it punishes you for even daring to look at it + needing to learn full controls when mouse aim is so smooth and allows you to do incredible manouvers for both you and you opponent.

Gaijin tries with things like tests, one-off events, and World War mode occasionally. It doesn’t get a lot of use (except recently with the Nuk’ler Thunder event).
So the Snail takes the path of least resistance. If they thought something else besides rinse and repeat random battles would make them more engagement/money they would.
But they don’t because the users have been conditioned to the grind and have familiarity with it. You could even say its preferred because of the sunk cost of learning the maps and routine means the grind is easier/faster than if the game were more “dynamic”.

Took me all of 2 seconds to search your game name in the replay section to see the games you played. Also stalker? Lol, you whined about the game being boring then posted it on a public forum for the world to see, you literally outed your OWN GAME NAME for anyone to search…
