And also, just remember… it was the Weekend… so at times… as you could imagine Staff take the weekends to be with family more
Since we are Volunteers after all, so we spend our free time helping people in game and on the forum

^ being a Game Master or even a Forum Moderator for that matter is not for everyone… can be challenging in more ways than one for some to handle… but it is a rewarding volunteering position to be able help fellow players / Forum Members! so, it has its pros and cons
