Not really, that is just a norm. I have even created the meme about it, as it is reaccuring scenario:
Feel free to use it.
It’s hilarious considering I run 3 SPAAs in all my lineups, with backups, to actually deal with the airborne threat, which I hazard a complete guess that NONE of the people who are complaining about the CAS ‘problem’ even do…
And then in actual battle You choose to spawn in a plane and revange bomb a guy who have killed You…
Not to mention the actual effectivness of SPAA in killing the air.
I started merely doing it more because I got tired of the CAS threads lol…
More often I spawn SPAA second to clear up whatever is spawning, and my priority in the air is to take the air threat out before dropping my payload.
BUT YOU’D OBVIOUSLY KNOW THAT IF YOU CHECKED MY REPLAYS…
Can’t wait to see how effective Your SPAA is in killing enemy air.
Nothing stopping you from checking the replays champ…
How strange, air players are not forced to grind out 2 different vehicle tech tree to be effective, nor do they have to use a specialized air unit to deal with player controlled ground units (and that specialized unit is completly useless btw)…
So strange…
Don’t need to watch replays to see how effective something is in killing the air as we have stats for that.
Well then if you’re going to KDR it up, be sure to count those ground kills too as those are indeed kills…
All statistics that have been gathered so far that show this kind of details show that SPAA are accountable for more aircraft deaths than aircraft are for SPAA deaths.
So it should be easy for him to show how effective SPAA is ;)
You are re-defining the concept of balance, incredible. You should contact NASA and tell them.
They need to grind out the appropriate ground units to fit their air units, too since the reserve tank cap rush is very unreliable.
Also the most effective aircraft for dealing with ground units are attackers, which are generally useless in engagements with other aircraft.
In my language there is also a nice saying:
“Panzerfahrer: breit fahren, schmal denken.”
“Tankers: drive wide, think narrow.”
It fits perfectly to most of the tank purists in these threads.
So tell me, what balance truely is and in what definition the situation I have described can be called 'balanced;.
So air players can use tanks in Air mode? Hmmm.
Can’t you google it? Can’t you try to learn things?
I know the definition, that is why I’m asking You for it.
No, they can’t, but to be useful in combined mode, they need to grind two trees, unlike tankers, who just need to grind one tree and be willing to use different vehicle types depending on the overall situation in the match.
Funny. Wait, no, it’s not.
Air players don’t need to grind two tech trees in order to use their vechicles in Ground RB.
They can just rush cap point with reserve tank and spawn in clean fighter (or one with bombs/rockets), then earn SP for bombers which will cost around 700-900 SP.
The advantage that players using this tactic have, is that they can leave any game that they don’t like (map/mode) without crew lock which players who use tanks don’t have.
