Game crashing after Ninth Wave major update

A list of things to try if you guys haven’t already:

Change from DX 12 to DX11 (DX12 seems to be cause a lot of the issues since the major update)

Remove any custom content you have added to the game (especially sound mods as they also seem to be causing a lot of issues since the major update)

Update your drivers.

Delete the “cache” and “compiledShaders” folders and do a game file verification to restore those folders.

If the above doesn’t help then you can bug report it here (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about): (Gaijin.net // Issues)

Wait nvm it works now i tried it after a few mins and its working perfectly with DX12.

We need logs to be able to check what cause the crash on your systems.

now i unable to run with dx11 on 2.55.0.21 patch, only can run in dx12 with chopped graphics and fps.

After multiple patch update, It shows new error “Your GPU is not recommended for DirectX 11 and may cause rendering issues. Please switch to DirectX 12”, so from game luncher I changed renderer from dx11 to dx12 (beta). its now working for me.

Strangely, I don’t crash in air. Only in ground. Vulkan is 100% stable for air-only. DX11 is stable now for Ground and Air. DX12 still has random crashes like always.

have they fixed anything for intel users now…

i dont think so, im still crashing. like the crashing is so bad like i log in, dont do anything when i alt tab, and the game completely crashes with the message that says “send crash dump to developers?”

damn thats tough, I can run the game at ULQ now with max FPS, only way to get the game running…
