I’m pretty sure that dude shot the bomb mid-air for both his client and the server.
Mechanically, dumb bombs intercepted mid-air counts as an allied detonation, negating damage (or at least not inflicting nearly as much as they should). So you can get damage by both your bombs if you toss them close enough without fuse time or because your enemy shot at them.
Add the fact your video shows clearly on the feed that he managed to "destroy" your bomb (I'd assume it was a 50. cal shot).

In conclusion, you probably got desynced and the server replay shows one thing, while the events in-game were reasonably different (which happens way too often tbf).
What happened is - your bomb landed and then he destroyed it with mg. Yup, it works this way - if bomb is destroyed on the ground - it explodes dealing no damage to the team of one who destroyed it :)
