Nice one. Reporting something that has nothing to do with insults because you dislike it.
Repost since the last one got removed, but here’s the reply that got so rudely removed.
It is hard programmed in the code for some vehicles to not act the same when impacted. Here’s an example.
The Abrams UFP, which is weaker than a Leopard’s UFP, will auto bounce APFSDS, but tanks like the Leopard, Leclerc and other MBT that share similar angles are incapable of doing so.
It’s because the game lies to you. These numbers are irrelevant when some tanks have injected code to just perform better when hit.
And if you don’t believe me, just go look for yourself at the Abrams front plate and how much it bounces shells that are tanks are not allowed to do. It disproves any credibility of balance and fairness those calculations have.
That’s not saying the Abrams is unbalanced because it can do this, but it is a pretty obvious factor that something else comes into play. These numbers don’t mean anything at the end of the day. As someone with experience playing these vehicles, it is very obvious and as clear as a spring lake that German and Russian tanks are more durable. They not only outright stop things they often shouldn’t, but when penetrated, they often take no damage. This is, in part, due to Spall Liners, which other nations mostly do not have. Many Minor Nation Tanks still have no spall reduction whatsoever.
