You might consider a ban appeal via a Game Master.

They are usually quite reasonable guys - some appeals get approved…

The question is, Why can’t the support team step in? When they don’t they look inadequate.

Because this is a GM issue first. Support is not the same as either Game Masters nor devs or Technical. You’re being silly. You got your answer. Talk to a GM about your ban first.
