The Merkava is covered in 200-600mm Composite in all directions aside from the some of the rear.

Thats what im saying so there is no way merkava weight 80 tons maybe with 6 more crew and their gear fully loaded but thats not modeld and it shouldnt be
Also merkava has mortar that can fire he but gaijin refuse to give it to the merk and also there is the lahat missile.

Gaijin got the weight wrong and Russian/NATO players freaked out. Gaijin nerfed it by saying a tank with that weight and armor coverage can’t have that good of armor.
Gaijin has been proven wrong about the weight, time and time again. Gaijin has accepted the armor as being far too weak in both kinetic and chemical measures for a year. Gaijin has done nothing.
Gaijin will not fix the Merkava because they don’t want their Money-Making Nations to get pissed off.

Leo has very similar armor layout and it make sanse cuz israel designed the merkava with germany help im pretty sure and tank experts said that the merkava armor has the same effectivnes as the leo
