To start after i reach the buccaneer s2b in the British techtree i though it was a good plane and had a amazing loadout for cas but when i put my hands on my opinion changed, this is almost unplayable in 10.7 br even with aim9ls it still a poor plane for air matchs and cant do nothing in his br bracket almost all matchs i had with it was being killed in the start of the match and without any points because i cant even reach a base if i want to.
Changes to it down below.
-Change br to (10.0 our 9.7)
-Stock aim9l
-and reduce a bit of the rp needed to full research it by atleast 10% less
yea stock 9L is a bit far but 10.0 for a bomber you cant head on with is fair enough. theres no reason it should be the same BR as a sea harrier or higher than a SU25
only in the rush for a base. the A10 is scary to deal with as it has enough flares to be invulnerable to missiles and that avenger canon means head ons are suicidal.
a blackburn buccaneer is a free rp target in comparison
yeah but they lose speed relatively easily and they hunger for blood so you can just go past them, pull them upwards flare any missiles, and watch them fall out of the sky, then you go back down on them
heck half the time you dont even need flares, i used to hunt a10s in the ariete, they go afk half the time theyre flying to the battle
im not saying you should balance on player skill (though if you take averages of very large numbers like gaijin does they become pretty solid numbers), its just relatively easy to manipulate a10s
its easy to manipulate them more from america main pilots being quite bad.
Im certain if any other tree had an A10 it would perform much better as generally speaking any plane that appears in the US tree and another has better stats in the other tree. I know for certain the bucc would have wildly differing stats if a clone was in other trees too.
the massive amount of data is always tainted by average skill which varies wildly between nations at times
just as a few examples:
Spoiler
12.0 phantoms of britain and america. near enough the same but perform wildly different
spitfire LF mkIX (ill also include the british TT to prove further)
prem hornets (the swiss should be the best as it has better engines)
