The only thing that shocks me is how stark it is from RB. theres only a couple small differences other than the vehicles allowed in each battle in events tab. (reduced HUD, teamkill on, commander cupola view instead of 3rd person and sight from actual optics) it shouldnt be this extreme of a difference unless the allowed vehicles are being handpicked to bias towards CCCP vehicles
Almost certainly is. Like the lower of the 3 brackets could be immediately balanced by allowing some of the low BR SACLOS SAMs to be usable within it (Rapier, Roland 1, Lvrbv 701, etc) as far as I am aware, they are all the middle bracket, where all those nations have something else to use. (though should just be in both brackets)
Top bracket is just Pantsir SM-SV allowing FnF helis free reign on soviet side, with Bluefor CAS/CAP blocked and no Bluefor SPAA capable of countering MI-28NM, (let alone BMPT still a pain in the butt)
Its the middle bracket im not sure of, because it actually feels semi-balanced whenever I play it. my SAMs dont feel too overwhelmed by the CAS (Though the Mig-27s are a pain in the butt), you get some quite decent MBTs to use and redfor doesnt seem to get anything too OP. Etc etc.
But they still win most of the time
