Sure but why does he come into to forum asking for changes to the game to cater to his playstyle instead of just dealing with it
Because he, like many here, get irritated at the game and instead of just smoking a cigarette, he goes online to whine about it.

This post in question (the OP) is more about reminding players of inconsistency of the Italian napalm bombs characteristics, as well as enquiring.
Simply put, Gaijin for whatever reason decided to make napalm weaker for non-Big-Three countries. Britain suffers the same date, where two napalm is not enough for a base, being a literal smidge left on a base, so you need three. Same with Italy (unless it’s the Hungarian planes).
