It’s at 9.0 because it’s a strictly superior F-86F-25 in all regards except about 40kg of weight (from the slats probably) and has two decent missiles, yes.
Because the G.91 is a G.91 and not a F-86F-40, and the F-86F-40 isn’t 9.0 alone just because it has 9Bs.
Can you please provide numbers or stats about this “overpower” between the planes. Because this will give some real facts instead of personal frustration.

The F-86F-40 is arguably the best dogfighting F-86 Sabre out of them all (par with maybe the German Cl-13B Mk 6)
When directly compared to the G.91 R/4, it gets + 2 x M3 .50 cal heavy machine gun for extra firepower and ammo than the Gina.
The G.91R is light, nimble, and can turn fight as well, but it can’t really do it as well as the F-86F-40, especially since it doesn’t have leading-edge wing slats like the F-86F-40 for low-speed rate fights.
The Sabre also has a much higher top speed and better overall engine thrust output.
The tradeoff for 4 x AIM-9Bs seems more than fair enough for me.
Additionally, the AIM-9Bs do significantly weigh a lot on the aircraft itself. So the G.91 R/4 is already at a performance disadvantage from the start unless they have fired off their missiles already.
9B is dodge-able with F-104s.
Everything else is even easier.
Normandy is correct on the latter part; Compressing the match maker does not fix compression.
Especially when most BRs are already not compressed.
The few compressed BRs left that are causing issues for many more BRs than there is compression are at issue. Decompression is easier and faster than ruining the matchmaker and making it harder to separate minor technology differences.
The prime example is T26E5, T29, IS-3, and Maus. All minor differences between them, nothing to warrant Maus and T26E5 to never face each other, but too much difference to allow any of them to share a BR.
Entirely decompressed.
With 0.7, if you want to correctly make sure Maus and T26E5 face each other still, you need to compress the BRs to allow that.

Dog, Bravos are trash. Dying to them is a oftentimes a matter of either not paying attention or getting caught in a third-party situation where you’re already distracted. It’s an extremely rare occurrence to pull a long shot kill with a 9B on someone.
Having 4 of them doesn’t really do anything to increase your chances of getting kills on anyone, and if you get pulled into a dogfight with them still on the rails they absolutely murder your maneuverability to the point where aircraft that couldn’t turnfight you when your wings are clean now can because of that extra weight you’re carrying.

Lmao. Hell, man. I’ve seen people simply swing their tail around in a circle and that is enough to throw the Bravo off so that it misses. You can even do a short tight turn and then flip back straight and that will defeat the missile.
I’ve noticed it’s even easier for subsonics to do it due to the low heat sigs they throw out.
I personally don’t count on Bravos for anything so when using them I maintain zero expectations lol.

Out of all the complaints you’ve made dude this one’s got to be the best lmao. G91 R4 is slower than most other 8.7 and the missiles make that difference even worse. The 8.0 Sabre A5 should be able to win against a G91 every time, so imagine what the F40 can do against it.
At every BR. I played more than 300 battles on IL-28 and died from 9B only about 5 times, and it’s not even a fighter, it’s a bomber with worse maneuverability.
9Bs are like a bonus which sometimes can give you a kill, the main weaponry at these BRs are still guns
