G91 R-4 is an overpowered and overwhelming aircraft that somehow manages to have 9.3 armament at 8.7 and is just marginally worse than the f86f-40 which is at 9.0 because it has two aim9b’s while g91s have four.
G91 R4 is one of the few jets that is actually a jack of all trades and good enough at all.

Well, since its flight performance is better than the F9F-8, I think its BR should be higher than that. But that doesn’t justify changing its BR from 8.7 lol

I’ve had a lot of trouble fighting Italian jets with my ouragan and mysteres but that may be pure skill issue
challenging the G.91 with France’s early jets, it will make floating in the sky due to lack of energy Xdddd

True. But there might be a slight balance issue with some of the G.91s considering they were basically what made me give up on the Mystères.

Since G.91 is vastly superior to the Mystere, it’s actually only natural :]
From the perspective of energy conservation alone, it certainly lags behind.

So then should it be the Mysteres going down or the G.91s going up? Or just reducing the matchmaking bracket to .7?
Actually, it could have been easily fixed if a gaijin had just decompressed the BR files, but it’s been left untouched for years :[
They don’t really need to decompress if they just lower the matchmaking bracket from 1.0 to 0.7 though, same effect

Doesn’t accelerate that well, loses a fair bit of speed in turns, like it’s only got the 9bs going for it, there’s no way we’re comparing it to a CLB or Mig-19 etc
The R/3 is at 8.7, so having the R/4 at 9.0 I can see being alright, but with the compression at those brs who even knows

Well 9.0 is literally the best br of rank 6 so it would be fine
It could probably go to 9.0 since it’s a considerable upgrade to the R/1 at the same BR.
9.3 is way too high.
