Compared to the M2 IFV, the M3 CFV variant of Bradley forgoes half the seats for the sake of TOW stowage.
M2A3 IFV has stowage for just 2x TOW under the right side bench seats

Ed:- Added pic of M2 TOW stowage and spoilered images to save space.
It seems there are two racks, one on the left and the other on the right side in the stowage space of the troop compartment. As far as I can see (and infer), the rack has two rows each capable of carrying at least 2 missiles. In short, there are 4 missiles per rack, totaling up 8 stowed missiles.
@Smin1080p / @Gunjob sorry to bother you, but would this be worth sending to the devs to get the positions of the Tows in the Desert Warrior corrected and the amount increased? I can completely understand if it’s not enough detail/information etc
Sorry to burst the bubble, but is this not just storage for the infantry that ride in the back? It could of course be used for carrying the TOW’s but I would assume there is a designated area for them, with a little more protection.
That being said, since in war thunder it is sent to fight tanks, I’m sure the crew would stuff as many missiles in there as possible and as such, it would make more sense if we could get even 2 more TOWs in game
What I really want to see is a photo of the empty MILAN racks to see how they’re laid out, changes to the interior, etc. so we compare that to a) the Warrior’s MILAN stowage in-game and b) what we’ve seen of the Desert Warrior.
That said, the fact that the current version of the Warrior has the same MILAN stowage on the left and right of the vehicle suggests to me that the TOW stowage should also be mirrored (and personally I think there’d be enough vertical space for an extra missile in those racks for a total of 6)
Pretty sure they have modelled the composite screen on the left side of the vehicle completely wrong. In game it is half as thick, is held on by bars and has no cover on the top, which is nothing like these pictures:
Worth looking into. Warrior does have a backing plate but the top and sides are obscured by a thin shroud plate, big air gap between the composite and the backing plate…
I don’t think there’s a protected area for TOW missiles. This seems quite unusual in IFVs. This is a stowage space. It makes sense, at least to me, for the racks with TOW missiles to be there. If it’s not there, it would be under the left seats. The right seats don’t seem to have enough space underneath to store TOWs.
Note that it’s possible to see in the images the round shape where the missile would fit in the racks. In the original images, the round shape is black like it would be if it was rubber.
Nope, there’s no additional protection for ATGMs (in the regular warrior or the Desert warrior), hell there’s not even space for armoured “bin” sponsons where they. Gaijin appears to agree that the tows go there, but have capped us at 2+2, when to my eye it looks closer to 2+6 (4 on the left, two on the right, counting the little half moons)
I want to break the bad news to you that a recent test suit update has made the missile launcher of Desert Warrior the same as the M3A3Although there is no animation yet, it is now shown that the missile launcher needs to be deployed before the missile is launched. If you have information to prove that this is wrong, please write a report.
