Is gaijin still following WW2?

Yep, but where you choose to play is up to the player.

Mostly the hull, The turret has been placed back on a Cent. Mk.3 hull like it would have been during trials. Compared with the Mk.12 hull it was living on during it’s stint as gate guard. From a gp perspective, slightly worse hull front armour as it’ll loose the extra plate, however I’m not sure what gaijin has modelled as I’ve never bothered to check l tbh.

its now on an original mk3 hull and we now know that the gunner and commander are swapped in WT, there was also a 50 cal mounted on the roof, where a BESA is was actually the gunsight

Is it a rather reliable oneshot nuke gun again?

nah, its still very inconsistent. sometimes you will nuke a tiger 2 with a glancing blow yet other times it will just kill the driver or some bs.

Or shooting the tip of the track and over pressuring it. It’s like rolling a 100 sided dice where 1 is the heavier side.

you can upper plate a T90 with it now so yes, but its better at higher BRs

If it has a .50 cal that makes is sooo much better. Normally after shooting you’re a sitting duck for 40 seconds, at least with a .50 cal you can defend yourself against light vehicles and track people.

There was not a .50 cal on the roof because it was a test bed for the gun. FV4005 was never meant to be a production tank. IT wasn’t even a prototype for one.

there actually was, heres the photo being shown in the video of it being restored, by the guy who restored it

Hewes thinks there was a .50 cal. Does not mean it had one. It is probably some kind of assembly or test rig, and if that is a .50 cal at all (which is not clear) . It would have been as a temporary ranging device.
There are no other period photos it with a roof MG mount at all much less a HMG.

ive seen FV4005, thats 50cal size easily, besides there isnt many photographs that are easy to find to go off of, this was clearly a configuration unlike what we see in war thunder

FV4005 was a test mule not meant for production. There would have been no reason to put a AA mount on it. No matter how much you would like one for your video game tank.
But find a photo of it out on the range or doing tests that shows a gun on top.

Okay. So I know you don’t think it’s a .50 cal, but you can’t tell me that it doesn’t look like some sort of MG…
