Since Gaijin is adding brimstone with only semi-active laser guidance surely they can add the Blue Arrow 21 without the MMW radar guidance mode?
If they add the BA21 with just semi active laser guidance it would give China a new unique weapon for their top tier helicopter with a little bit of additional range over the AKD-10.

I would much rather have a fire and forget missile with gimped range than that… at least personally.
Although i do agree that these would be better than what the Z-10 has now.

What other ordnance options does the Z-10 have? Can we at least get the 16x AKD-10 loadout? Maybe I could bring 12x AKD-10 and 4x TY-90
Also aren’t the AKD-10’s underperforming? I can’t imagine the size and weight of the missile matches the performance we see in-game.
iirc China does have some Fire and forget missiles that could be added, i can’t remember the name…
I’m afraid that isn’t possible with the current Z-10, its engines are quite bad and i guess 16 AKD-10s would be too much of a struggle for it. Maybe with the Z-10M.
Tbh I’m afraid it might be the other way around, the only source i saw for them (authored work, it might be wrong) stated 8 km max range…

They utilize a sort of augmented reality style eye lens under the visor of the helmet.

Do you have any additional sources on range of AKD-10?
Perhaps the CM-502KG with IIR seekerhead can be implemented into the game? It is alleged 25km range, but is likely less maneuverable than missiles like SPIKE-ER. It can carry 8 while still retaining TY-90 carriage, and would be very un-maneuverable when fully loaded.
Additionally the aircraft is missing the GR-5 guided rockets which it appears can carry 8x rockets per inboard pylon.
As always, Gaijin could add them on the improved Z-10 as an additional / new aircraft similar to how they added the TIGER HAD block 2.

For now, the GL-5 guided rockets would be a cool addition to the in-game Z-10. Is there a report for this yet? @WaretaGarasu They can be mounted on all four pylons.

though BA-21 is a pure mmv guided, no laser window.
this is a new FNF missile, TV/IR guided I think

I know it’s not related to this topic, but I hope you can help me take a look. I posted it once before, but it was closed when I found new main evidence, so I republished it. It seems like it was overlooked
Nope, I checked on the dev server a day or two ago and it’s still not fixed.
I was tempted to make another thread for all PLA helicopters like I did on the previous dev server.
