Things that need to be enforced harder:
Anti-cheats
Things that need to be removed:
Mods the allow the use of sound mods (because often these enhance certain sounds, such as enemy tank noises, there are many times someone magically hears myself or my buddies over planes and artillery, etc.)
Sight mods that give benefit to PC users only.
Ultra low quality.
the ability to so easily aim planes with mouse an keyboard (shouldn’t be as pin point accurate).
Do you think the game is fair for all? (System wise, and access to certain items wise).
Do you dislike the systems in the game currently which allow (PC) to benefit based on your system of choice? Or system you can afford?
Do you think the anti-cheat solutions are not strict enough?
So, to go through the list. Anti-cheat. It doesn’t stop cheaters right then and there when they enter the game. They do it in waves to slow the progression of the cheaters software. (Perhaps having a double anti cheat system would work? 1 for banning cheaters within a day and our normal one)
As for sound mods, eh. Never used them myself so i cant say.
Not sure bout point #2 (Unless you mean like tank sights?)
ULQ is a double edged sword. Gives players with potato’s a chance to play the game but also makes gives users that don’t have that option a disadvantage.
And The last point is basically sim no?
Sure the mouse aim makes aiming 100x easier then irl which i would probably say warrants a damage model buff so your not shredded instantly. At least for the bigger planes that are severely at a hurt by this (In RB).
What do you expect from a game that allows you to play a reserve plane in high level games. A game that puts you competent elements at level 4 modifiers.
And a long list that proves they go to minimums and just want a quick buck … they are lucky to have no competition.
1- Sound settings are more than enough already. Cheating sound mods are already banned.
2- Sight settings are already in-game.
3- I play on max settings cause it gives me most benefit.
4- Go play simulator. This control scheme is the primary reason War Thunder is both good and popular to begin with.
Mouse aim is also supposed to allow us to be like real pilots without having to do 1200 hours a year of training.
Also you can plug in mouse and keyboard into PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series.
In that case they should remove the console lock on feature that allows AA players to beam planes across the map with minimal lead adjustments.
OP, ur on XBOX, get a mouse and keyboard, and it’ll only cost u 30 bucks at the minimum
