Since Gaijin rates the vehicle, i really dont understand why it is so difficult to find a decent match… it seems like 1 in 10 is good. When you get uptier at 1.0 vs 2.0 or any range @ 25% or the or (4 vehicles,) what is the need. Why … seriously why ?? Ive been playing since 2014 and i just insta disconnect from these matches. Since adapting this policy of avoiding full uptier, my silver has gone up significantly… anyone else doing this ?

Why do you judge what a decent match is solely by what br you are at?
Do you only leave full uptiers or any type of uptier?

Sounds like a good way to force Gaijin to adjust, full uptier is like a nightmare

I want them to extend BR, but this is their business, not mine

no i look for match balance which Gaijin is not concerned with… clearly running full +2 br or +1.0 level matches do not work… Moreover there is no reason to mismatch this way… While you may so its me, hundred of thousands of players agree… They know it, you know it, what to talk about other than solutions… Ideally your tank choice should be the tier that all players start and end the match. I think the gross mismatches are due to financial greed as Gaijin likes to sell you tanks that outperform, then nerf the same tanks for new ones. In my case, i just dont give them money which is what they want… understand the cycle ?
sure life is not fair, but this is a game, and games have rules to make it fair or no one would play… Lets say you start a chess match without a queen… lifes not fair, becomes no more time or money for Gaijin… playing since 2014 and this game has been ruined by Gaijin. So full uptier at 1.3 2.3 5.5 whatever is fair… Why when you could chose to have all players in a single match have a tank rating no higher the X… its a choice and i chose to just disconnect from these matches… heard?
The uptier spam is ridiculous, especially at certain BRs (anything with a ton of premium spam upwind of it).
Leaving to preserve your sanity and SL if you’re a freemium player makes total sense.
This is a just a game after all.

by this metric youve been playing barely longer than a year
its kinda not really a matter of it not working, there is basically no other choice for the way the game works, would you rather go back to the old +/-1 rank matchmaking?
this is practically unachievable, there are multiple problems with it
- makes lineups for some nations much harder as if you are playing a nation with a okay 6.7 lineup but basically only a singular 7.0, you have to force uptier yourself which under your system is just a completely bad way to play, whereas with the current BR system it doesnt make a whole lot of difference
- makes balancing much harder as as soon as a vehicle would become too strong for its current BR it would basically be fighting entirely different tanks with little overlap which could lead to drastically different performance that would be expected
- still wouldnt fix problems as much as you think, even within a single BR there are stronger and weaker vehicles, sure the differences arent as pronounced as two vehicles with a difference of 1.0 BR but they still exist
