its also illogical for it to be right next to T10 considering the jump in capabilities and defence.
T10 is decently balanced at 11.3, and it does nothing better than show the FRS1 is in a overtiering situation caused by high tier compression

For the SQV, things like the improved RWR and EEGS could be quite good at carving out a place for it alongside the T10. Especially if BOL gets fixed and forces the T10 up a bit
I did also think about how the FRS1 could get 9Ms.
And whether FRS1 with 2x Aim-9M at 11.3 would be balanced

Add that to the fact that the Harrier 1 should actually turn BETTER than the harrier 2 and it should stay at 11.3. I can easily get like 4 kills before I die in sim with it.
With EEGS, a modeled HUD, and all the other stuffs about its FM it would be untouchable by a 10.? Plane.
