Does it take a couple weeks or days?
depends. I have one accepted in like, 5 hour, the other in about 3 week.
I made one on the XM2000 SPH a few days ago like 3-5 and it still hasnt been accepted
It’s a tossup if suggestion mod will let your post pass or not. idk the formula to begin with.
I followed all of the rules and added a picture what BR and its stats.
Don’t ask me mate, I ain’t the forum mod.
Do you think it needs to be detailed?
Or just need to follow the rules?
again, I don’t know, it’s all up to suggestion moderator to accept your suggestions. beside this is a genera ldiscussion post. ask the mod directly.
Yeah sorry.
This idea is terrible. The current stock grind is 100x better.
Essential modifications like flares, stock missiles, FPE, etc are already available to the player without researching any mods. Other modifications, such as top shell, rangefinder, or top missile, are important but not required for play. The vehicle is not at all unusable without them. Gaijin even makes sure important modifications are located at lower ranks of research.
The stock grind is an essential part of War Thunder. You shouldn’t have a fully complete vehicle (or near-complete vehicle) without extensive use of that vehicle. If you are in disagreement with this idea, then maybe the game is unsuitable as a whole for you.
If you buy a military equipment without buying enough armament to fill every single pylon, especially for A2A weapon suite for planes specifically designed to fight other planes, leaving you with guns or unfilled pylons then you’re being ripped off mate.
In War Thunder story justification, the player can be viewed as a person restoring vehicles from a previously broken condition. Not a military buying brand new aircraft.
This is apparent in each of the modification descriptions.
Removing mods will cause the other mods to increase in rp. I also dont think that you should have the best stuff straight away.
For stuff like chaff and apfsds, they should get the part/fpe treatment. Make them very quick to grind out.
I think we will be due for a general rp reduction within the next year which will help.
I think it would be nice if you could use overflow RP gain on a spaded vehicle to research mods on another vehicle, or alternatively, overflow to modificationd for the vehicle you’re researching. That way, You’re not as far behind everyone having just got the Eurofighter while everyone else is carrying the max a2a loadouts. This also encourages players to actually grind out vehicles, rather than just using GE. It also gives extra incentives to continue playing a spaded vehicle.
I think Gaijin is actually just a PMC, and WT was a training sim that got released to the public. But this idea here actually makes sense as per “researching” and then stock grinding. Also, I always just assumed the module descriptions were referring to plane after it had seen combat, as if it’s somewhat second-hand
cool if this apply to premium. I was also thinking of this but people will mald about it.
Then they can add that cost to the vehicle grind. frontload everything when you could.
I don’t know that a componenet like missile when restored give you more instead of making it better.
I can see two issues with that.
1: gaijin wants people to spend around X time playing the vehicle to spade it. Dropping the total mod cost will drop the time needed to spade it.
2: people are going to see the research costs go up and freak out because they cant do math.
I’m spading a vehicle so I can play it more. there’s a lot of tier 7 above jets that are unplayed in my inventory because stock grind is ass. the only reason I finish the grind is to get the best outta it. there’s reason why I have most of my main nation prop spaded.
A devblog or two and making this a selling point in their roadmap will fix this issue. plus if they see what they got in return first before seeing the monkey paw (higher initial SL and RP cost), they’ll accept it. it’s on Gaijin to word it.
