Some creature rammed my plane on the takeoff in air rb - no idea on purpose or not. Both planes crashed, but I was fined 50k for “friendly fire”. Seriously? Get me my 50k back!

Only way that could happen is if you snapped off some rounds just before crashing; your rounds hit him so the server counts his collision as a result of you shooting.
I’m not defending the guy just explaining a mechanic.
This issue exist for years - i saw dozens of not processed bug reports about such incidents.
Gaijin has severe issues to determine who is the ramming guy - and who is the victim.
It is basically the advanced level of team killing:
Those guys intentionally ramm you from behind, destroying your tail/rudder/elevator and you crash. If their own aircraft crashes in this process the game assumes that the victim of the ramming attack is a teamkiller.

My man the only time I see this happen is when one party shoots the other party just before colliding. As in I have been that party in the past. Every collision I have been in where no rounds were involved, no one was listed as TKd, both were listed as just dead.
What you are citing does not refute that.

I had a match a couple of days ago where a Bison crossed my path at air spawn and since I died on impact while he was critically damaged and later crashed i was the one fined.
(I was watching tik tok so i am 100% sure i didn’t shoot)

This has never happened to me without shooting since 2014 when I first started. Yet what has happened, is exactly what I described. I have never been in a no-shoot collision where someone was listed as TK’d. And I used to ram people on purpose.

Yea, you can get fined for a tk even if you don’t shoot. Done it to an F4S and has had it happen to me.
On a seperate thought though, Think theres a bug report for this or was it shot down my #1 again?
