Friendly Fire ban issue

So, I have been play a lot top tiers, since top tier are mainly missile fight, I can’t help that my missiles initially locked the enemy but the enemy use counter measure and in the end lock on the friendly plane that didn’t use counter measure at all cause a friendly kill. Now my account got period of ban because of that. Is there any way to solve this?
