12.3br Missiles, magics 2 and matras are so easely going for flares now its useless in most situations. Why devs keep changing things for the worst is beyond my understanding.
Is there an actual change in datamines saying that or something?

From a quick look there haven’t been any recent changes to these missiles, i guess he had a couple of bad games and hopped on the forums.

I’d say 30 games is enought to have a good understanding about a nerf never been announced.
I’ve checked the datamines from Gszabi’s server and there have been no changes at all. Datamines show every possible change (as you may already know) so I’m pretty sure you’re just having a bad day.

Or i didnt play since the big missile nerf and its not about french missiles only. Never the less its still verry bad compare to R 27R1 or AIM9J that you cant flare at fcking 20m from your plane like the matras and magics now.
They haven’t, you can look in datamines and see that they haven’t been changed whatsoever in a negative way, they are still fairly good.
As i said just before your response, i wouldnt bet on the fairness. I suggest you try and compare to other planes of the same br.
Both the Magic II and R.530Ds have been fantastic in my games in the M4K so far this week, sounds like a skill issue.
I would have to go back to recent “nerfs” but i don’t exactly remember French missiles getting nerfed.
Compared to the AIM-9H and J sidewinder they are better, 35G IRCCM at 12.3 is incredibly strong, and R27Rs can’t pull as good off the rail as 530Ds can. French missiles are strong, especially at 12.3 along with your very strong radar set.
Mine keep getting flared and notched at the last second. I would like to understand how its a skill issue. And i have 1000 kills with those so i feel the difference quite a bit.
Clarify it a little for me, you just came back to playing French planes and feel like your magics and matras are doing decently worse compared to before? How long didn’t you play for?

You may have a thousand kills, you remain only able to do around 1:1 KD, and 0.6 in Mirage F1C
The last one not being the best dogfighter, i guess you’re mostly using those Magic-2’s in frontal/side aspects, in which IRCCM is less impactful.
So, i would like some Video of your experiences.
Weird seeing a topic claim and imply that Magic 2 & R-73 are terrible missiles.
R-73 never was quoted there,… get out.
And about Magic-2 it will depend on the use from that player.
And i’m pretty sure the problem comes from that point.

It was, by citing Magic 2 as well as complaining about its flare resistance.
Magic 2 and R-73 have identical flare resistance currently.
