Right. I don’t think it’d require a massive uptier - It would depend on the performance of that APFSDS and what exactly it could do.
This particular mod is notably against any situation that would benefit Britain regarding long range maps too. So it is pretty silly to claim this particular tool is biased towards Britain.
73 is not remotely equal. It fails in the same use cases as 9M, and is flared significantly easier even at point blank. 73s really don’t serve the use case that would make them “different but equal”. If they were modeled properly as the dogfight missile they should be, then sure. But otherwise, no, it is not the case. Regardless, A10C is more comparable to Su-25SM3 if you’re going to bother to compare the platforms, it is not on parity with 25T when accounting for self guided ordnance and targeting tools. I would also note the SM3 only gets 2 x R73, compared to 4 x 9M, at 12.3 in air, and whilst it has IR air to ground ordnance it has a fraction the payload of the A10 in general, but the IR guided missiles are better. This makes it a far closer example of “different, but equal” however it still falls short of equal to the A10C which is at 11.7.
Don’t particularly care for the debate, but if you’re going to make comparisons, at least make fair comparisons.

Still works for HEATFS and the mediocre ATGMs, just had a friend fire 105mm HEATFS and the BMP-1 missile at the cheeks and it tanked both, i imagine his round caught your optic or the gap between the breach and cheek

It hit the right most cheek directly in the center. From the gepard, T-55 got it in the center block. Honestly it’s got my super confused now.

I wouldn’t mind another fox at 8.7 with APFSDS depending on its pen. If it’s 110mm now, and it becomes like 142mm then no. If it became maybe 118-120 sure okay.
