Seriously, It is a feature that no one asked for, Sometimes I don’t play the game with real players. just bots and take the screenshots and wants to post them here, however. I get that message that I need to play actual battles with real players to post, come on man. stop making us suffer like in every single way possible.

👀 Huh? This sounds like an actual bug. You have been on the new forums for years, you have “Trust Level: member”, which is the same as I have, and I have never seen that popup/warning that you are describing.
I definitely have more posts/replies etc than you, but I don’t think you should be having the issue you are describing. Hopefully a Forum Mod can give you some input/advice
Ok yeah, you have PLENTY of “real” games imo. (I think this is your profile, and your stats, let me know if this is incorrect.) You have THOUSANDS of battles played. This has to be a bug, just need a Forum Mod to help you out here:
You have to have played like 3 games within the past week in order to post.
If games are for some reason not counting towards it, then that may be a bug, in which case ill pass it upwards for someone else to handle. But otherwise that’s just how its intended.
What do you mean against bots? User missions dont count towards the amount as far as im aware. Which i presume is intentionally as they’s locally hosted & not full games, although im not sure of the exact reason.

I guess the forum system here must detect An X amount of played battles in X amount of time in order to post here regardless of how many battles you actually played or what your trust level is.
This system is definitely bugged, once I got blocked from sending posts after just a few days of inactivity while I had been tryharding for monthes before. And when I say a few days, I mean 3-4 days not weeks

No it isn’t you need to actively play the game for you to be able to post on the forum
You need a few games every week to be able to post stuff
Not sure if this is the issue…as i never realized some player would not play PVP.
You can try to play a few (three?) PVP battles…a see if the issue goes away. If this is it, i am not sure if bug or feature…

Assaults and custom battles don’t count, but the PVE helo modes do. Clicking on your post’s name will popup what the forum thinks you played in the past week.
Probably done to prevent banned/disgruntled users from post bombing the forum and comments.

Like I said, it was the same system in the old forum.
If you didn’t play at least three matches within the last 1-2 weeks, you were not allowed to post. I have seen that a lot.
I’m fine with it. There are plenty of people who would just jump on spamming the forums with no real intention of playing the game. Just like on r/Warthunder.
Kind of an annoying feature, been playing for a decent amount of time, on the forum nearly everyday reading not often posting, but god forbid I travel for work for a week and suddenly Im not longer allowed to contribute.
A week is a bit too short

I wish it counted sim games multiple times.
When 1 game lasts 60 to 90 minutes there are weeks you can only play 1 full match and then be unable to post. Feels kinda unfair given arb players have like 5 mins per match at high tiers - you play some 4 times as much (60/15) at very least and get less “credit.”
One “battle” per useful action popup would feel fair (ergo once per 15 minutes if you dont die)

There were some areas on the old forum where you didn’t need it. I can confirm with PointyPuffin that some areas were the same as now. Though the old forum definitely had some areas, like the bug report section, didn’t require battle count.

If i could get some clarification, how does it define inactive?
when i was blocked from commenting, i didnt play for about a week though i played many games prior to my break.
Is it 15 games within 24hr or something?
I honestly don’t know. Sometimes it also doesn’t update as it should but fixes itself after just one more match played.
The Forum Moderators might perhaps know more.

Actually this was introduced shortly after WT ground forces closed beta turned to open beta. The main reason was to stop trolls from the other tank game (allegedly hired by devs of that other tank game as described by one of their former employee) spamming the forum with BS like "WT bad, the other tank game good!
