ROC line is not a subtree, ROC is a part of China, and in that line, there are still some PRC vehicles included.

If a sub-tree has imported vehicle from other countries, the TT it’s a part of can get said vehicle, it’s simple as that

If TH sub tree is in another nation, we will be very happy to let it get a VT-4, the problem is TH sub tree is in JP, giving TH a VT-4 = giving JP a VT-4, we absolutely cannot accept putting any CN made vehicles to JP tech tree, this thing I already saying multiple times.

To be fair, Chinese community probably has the strongest say when it comes to problematic vehicle additions around China and it’s purely economical one for Gaijin.
