If TH sub tree is in another nation, we will be very happy to let it get a VT-4, the problem is TH sub tree is in JP, giving TH a VT-4 = giving JP a VT-4, we absolutely cannot accept putting any CN made vehicles to JP tech tree, this thing I already saying multiple times.
