I first judged the arguments and realized they are completely cut off from reality and then looked up his stats out of curiosity.
If someone knows nothing about the issue, there is no need to listen to his takes on it.
Stona, Smin, Pacifica and other mods… in general, staff members are just people doing their best to be a bridge between the community and the devs and to keep the Forums healthy, and, as far as I know, in many cases (I don’t know how it works or which ones), they are volunteers and not even paid employees.

I just don’t trust this to be a move that benefits players. And the track record backs that up.
Severe Damage did not fix kill stealing and only complicated tasks, challenges, and reward payouts.
The 5-second reload change did not put the Abrams in any better of a position. The armor is still the issue.
The economy changes and vehicle folders did not address the slog that is the ground portion of this game. And the proposed research bonuses seem pretty universally panned as terrible.
The internal modules for the 2S38 did nothing to make it less of an OP vehicle at its BR, especially when Gaijin made its entire ammo supply its ready rack. It still needs to go up and the HSTV-L down.
Despite all these recent [within 12 or so month] changes, I don’t see this as being a fix to whatever problem people have said there is.

Because it’s just a straight buff to low/mid tier German medium/heavy tanks. Other nations do not make such prolific use of the cupola and/or they are not weakspots that matter for most nations besides Germany. You could make an argument for Russia, but things like the T-34, IS-1 and IS-2 series are not all that strong even without their cupolas because their mantlets are so weak. Not so with Germany.
You can right now, but that has nothing to do with what I said in the first place, and is completely irrelevant to my point.

How is it not related to your point? The only weakspot the Jumbo can engage on a Porsche Tiger/Tiger H1 frontally with any reliably is the cupola. You claimed vehicles could either pen the front plate or couldn’t pen the vehicle at all.
I am not a CM… and you must be from Mars if you are that blind to see all of the communications that the Staff communicate between the Community and the Developers on this Forum…

Agreed on this. Gaijn isnt the best with community interaction, but they are also nowhere near the worst and honestly do a pretty good job of it.

Because if you had read what i said earlier, you would have seen that i was talking about the internal overpressure mechanic, and the differance between that existing and it not.
How about fixing APDS and volumetric armour before looking at these changes?
I have zero confidence in this new proposal being implemented properly, based entirely on the track record of other changes.

And this change won’t help the players either. It’s just gonna make it worse. People will stop just making kills. A river of tears will flow. Posts demanding damage fixes. A completely unnecessary change. It would be better if they improved the solid projectiles or volumetric armour
It was the best change in the game. At least the number of unfair assists has decreased tenfold
