I’m disappointed that the Yak-38 isn’t getting a small downtier in ground RB. It’s an underperforming plane that’s subsonic, has no countermeasures, a light payload, and whose most advanced air to ground weapon are MCLOS guided missiles comparable to those found in greater quantities at lower BRs. The only reason it’s BR is overtiered way up at 9.3 is because it has R-60’s and is near the obnoxious matchmaking range where some planes, like the yak itself, completely lack flares. That’s a fair argument for keeping it overtiered in air RB against planes whose flight performance completely eclipse it, but if any plane should be a posterchild for getting at least a small downtier in ground battles it’s the Yak-38.
Saab-105G doesn’t really matter since it’ll go in 8.7 regardless. It’s far too slow and close range for 9.0, and arguably 8.7. That and all the 8.3 SPAA easily frag Saab-105s.
A32A is perfect where it is.
AJ37 and AJS37 both seem fine at 10.X…

You forgot to decrease F-104S BR in GRB.
If F-104G goes from 10.7 to 10.0, F-104S should go from 11.0 to 10.3 at least, as well as F-104S-ASA (since MiG-21bis and German Tornadoes without guided bombs go to 10.3).
Also why AMX goes to 11.0 in GRB, but not to 10.7 instead as A-6E?

Why is nobody talking about the BR increase of the A6E-TRAM? It’s already terrible at the current BR, and it’s going to get worse! It was perfect at 10.0 and there was nothing to complain about, and now they’re going to make it face jets at 11.0/11.7? This is literally DOOMING the plane.
Both amx and a6e should be higher than where they are now. Gbu’s are stoinked imo but yeah i guess the amx is going up because it can at least fight back against aircraft since it has internal guns.

Nah, it did need to move up. When you consider most other aircraft have maybe 2-4 guided weapons. The A-6E has what? 10? And only 10.0 Is kinda insane. Buc S2B is technically worse than the A-6E and is moving to 10.7 as well

I’ve not had the pleasure yet in GRB. (may never if things dont change) But they are okay in ASB, did a few matches with them. Though like all guided weapons. A tad useless in their primary role as an ASM.
But yes… Brimstones would be glorious. Even just for dealing with convoys in ASB
This is a great start, it’s awesome to have this mechanic in the game now, but we very much need it for more than just the narrow corner of the game that is top-tier (specifically) Ground (specifically) RB (specifically).
We need this for Naval, we need this for more than just RB, and we need this at all BR ranges.
I prefer guided bombs to agm 65 a any fucking day of the weak but agm 65G are very nice. (When swedish AGM 75T)

Its a shame the TT Tornados arent moving down in ARB, but maybe that means they are getting IRCCM AAMs instead. Alongside hopefully all their missing CMs
Who knows, i decided to take a break from japan air rn to go back to spading with a friend playing f4e we had a few downtiers, god damn i was honestly gonna strangle a squirrel playing the AJS. Swapped to my german tornada for the event and idk but i was getting people who didnt turn off in a head on and slapping them with the guns. Then a few bad matches ensued and i got off for the night. Idk whatbit is but the 27mm’s feel great sometimes. Granted havent touched air for a while now since its been so frustrating to spade shit.
I find the 27mms biggest issue is a low ammo count and low fire rate. You can also just get unlucky with what round hit where. But overall I like them. I want to love the Tornados, but they feel… unfinished (and they are)
But Sea Harrier FA2 next update hopefully. That’ll keep me happy for a while. Im annoyed by these BR changes, if nothing else changes… But ground is my least played gamemode anyway. Air sim and naval is where i spend most of my time
