That’s cool and all until you get an up tier every game and they all have flares and can see it coming.

And going against flared enemy would only bring it down to what it should be with the 70sp. , or still better.

Majority of the matches with it are up tiers to 9.7 or 10.0, lets just look at some of the other SPAAs at that range:

Gepard 1A2: IRCCM (9.7)
FlaRakPz 1: SACLOS Radar Guided (10.0)
ZSU-23-4M4: IRCCM 9.3
Rapier: SACLOS Radar Guided 9.7
Sotrmer AD: IRCCM 10.0
Type 93: IRCCM 9.3
PGZ04A: IRCCM 9.3
SIDAM 25: IRCCM 9.7
SANTAL: IRCCM 9.3
Roland 1: SACLOS Radar Guided 9.7
Lvrbv 701: beam riding 9.7
Machbet: IRCCM 9.3
Imp Chap: IRCCM 9.7
Even at its own BR or in a down tier it underperforms because the lack of a gun makes it impossible to kill ground targets, something a lot of SPAA around 9.0 can do and do well.
Smokeless motor is about the only thing it had that made it viable to use.
and the argument about the A10 should never have happened cause majority of SPAA it faces are IRCCM or have guns.

Stingers are good. Too good.
While rolands have been useless since the missile handling nerf. Could be buffed back a bit by smokeless
