Fix it, the toptier matches are unplayable, BMPT rush, nuke. over over over again.

The best solution, the one I hope for, would be for the Soviets to play against each other, while the rest of the countries could participate. In other words, tank matches would be open to all countries except the Soviets, until the issue is resolved. Most problems with overpowered vehicles are with the Soviets, and there are many examples like the T-80UD and the Kh-38, and many more.
