Sort of it’s definitely actually useable now, you just have to really sweet to do well.
In SIM it’s now a monster though. In RB is limited to 16 degrees AOA when IRL it can do 40 controllably…
STR is still missing 1-2 degrees a second.
ITR with VIFF actually doesn’t exist.

It is what it is. I can not do anything about it.
I’ve made the reports, the sources used are very specific in what they state and I have proved that in game it doesn’t even come close. Tech Mods just tell me to wait.

I am back for now, and I did another report…
Just for ITR with the use of 15-20 degrees nozzles.
To make the REAL ITR report I need gaijin to add drop tanks. However the Harrier IRL can sustain a minimum turn radius INSIDE the F-14D. Pretty wild right.

Yes they would interact with the thrust from the nozzle and along with the surface area would give you an increase in lift.
As well as reducing buffet and what have you but the nozzles can do that on their own.
So, essentially, they improve lift?
Improve lift AND high AOA control lol.
Not that it would make any difference in war thunder since the harrier can’t even come close to its IRL max AOA
